PROTOCOL
TO THE AGREEMENT DATED 15 DECEMBER 1997 BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY ON SUPPLIES OF RUSSIAN NATURAL GAS TO THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY VIA THE BLACK SEA WATER AREA

Done at Moscow on the 27th of November 1999 in two copies, each in Russian, Turkish and English, all the three texts being equally authentic. In case of any differences, the English text shall be used for the purposes of interpretation.
