Compensation for Losses

Investors of one Contracting Party whose capital investments in the territory of the other Contracting Party suffer losses owing to war, civil unrest or other similar circumstances shall be accorded treatment as regards restitution, indemnification, compensation or other forms of settlement regimes most favourable of those that the latter Contracting Party accords investors of a third state or its own investors in relation to measures it takes in connection with such loss.
