Article XII. Relations with the United Nations

1. The Organization shall maintain relations with the United Nations as a specialized agency within the meaning of Article 57 of the Charter of the United Nations.*

2. Agreements defining the relations between the Organization and the United Nations shall be subject to the approval of the Conference.
