Pursuant to Article 7 of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of South Africa on Cooperation in the Field of the Exploration and Use of Outer Space for Peaceful Purposes (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) the Parties and/or cooperating organizations shall notify each other in proper time of ail results of the joint activities subject to legal protection as objects of intellectual property and timely cooperate in order to register and implement other procedures to ensure such legal protection. Rights to such intellectual property shall be allocated as provided for in this Annex.
