Article 9

Any disputes, differences or questions which may appear between the Parties in connection with the interpretation or the implementation of this Agreement, shall be settled amicably through negotiations, consultations or by the use of other procedures agreed by the Parties.

If the Parties reach an agreement to refer disputes to arbitration, the order of application and all questions, related to arbitration, shall be agreed upon by the executive bodies of the Parties according to the legislation of their States.
