Article 6

1. For reasons of public order, national security or public health, each party may suspend, in whole or in part, the application of this Agreement and shall inform the other Party accordingly through diplomatic channels, at least 7 days prior to the entry into force of the decision to suspend the application of the Agreement.

2. The Party that has decided to suspend the application of this Agreement for reasons specified in paragraph 1 of this Article shall immediately notify the other Party through diplomatic channels about the termination of the existence of such reasons and the resumption of the application of this Agreement.
