Article 2 Central Authorities

1. For the purposes of this Convention the Central Authority of the Russian Federation shall be the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and the Central Authority of the Republic of Cameroon shall be the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Cameroon. The Central Authorities of the Contracting Parties may communicate with each other directly.

2. The Contracting Parties shall immediately inform each other through diplomatic channels in case of any changes concerning their Central Authorities.
