Article 2

1. Employees of diplomatic missions or consular posts of the State of one Party or missions to international organizations situated in the territory of the State of the other Party, holders of valid diplomatic, service or official passports as well as cohabitating members of their families, holders of valid diplomatic, service or official passports, may enter, leave, pass in transit and stay in the territory of the State of the other Party without obtaining a visa during the entire period of accreditation.

2. The Ministries of Foreign Affairs of both Parties shall inform each other beforehand about assignments of persons mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article who must be accredited before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the receiving State within the period of 30 calendar days after their arrival.
