ГАРАНТ:

Agreement on the Uniform Competition Principles and Rules (Moscow, December 9, 2010) shall be applied on the common customs territory of the member states of the Customs Union starting from January 1, 2012

The member states of the Customs Union shall adjust their legislation in compliance with the uniform competition rules within 18 months from the date of entry into force of said Agreement
