Compensation for Losses

Investors of one Contracting Party whose investments suffer losses in the territory of the other Contracting Party as a result of war,civil#4000000 disturbance or similar events shall be accorded by the other Contracting Party a treatment which is no less favourable than that accorded by the latter to investors of third state in regard to any measure it takes in relation to such losses.
