1. Pursuant to the Agreement and in accordance with the Contract for the Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas between OOO Gazexport/OAO Gazprom and the Botas on 15 December, 1997 (hereinafter the "Contract"), the main supplier of the total amount of gas through the Trunk Gas Pipeline is OOO Gazexport/OAO Gazprom.
