Article 11
Joint Commission
1. The Parties shall establish a Joint Commission composed by tourism officials of both Parties.
2. The Joint Commission shall be headed by a representative of each Party.
3. The Joint Commission shall have the following competences:
a) To guarantee the full application of the present Agreement;
b) To contribute towards the resolution of issues emerged from the application of the present Agreement;
c) To elaborate a working program for a three year period determining the priorities of the co-operation.
4. National Tourism Administrations of the Parties shall prepare a report every year regarding the analysis and evaluation of the performance and execution of the present Agreement.
5. The Joint Commission's first meeting shall be held three months after the entry into force of this Agreement, and subsequently every three years.
6. The Parties may invite experts and representatives of the private sector from both countries to participate in the activities of the Joint Commission.
