The provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the rights and obligations of each Party under other international treaties, not mentioned in this Agreement, to which its State is a party.

The Parties shall not be held liable for the obligations of the company and its founders arising from the participation in the project. Each Party shall take reasonable and acceptable measures with a view to ensuring fulfillment by the company and founders of their obligations within the framework of the realization of the project.
