Article 9

The Greek Party shall ensure:

necessary conditions for the unrestricted construction and operation of the gas pipeline by providing to the company all the necessary permits, including irrevocable land-use rights;

the reliable and stable energy supply of the project.

The Greek Party guarantees full and unrestricted transit of gas through the gas pipeline in accordance with the signed agreements (contracts).
