I. COMMUNICATION OF JUDICIAL AND EXTRAJUDICIAL DOCUMENTS

ГАРАНТ:

According to Article 22 of the Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters (The Hague, November 15, 1965), where Parties to that Convention are also Parties to the present Convention, the said Convention shall replace Articles 1-7 of this Convention

In relations between Russia and other member states this provision shall enter into force on December 1, 2001
