Article 5

None of the provisions of this Agreement shall restrict the right of competent authorities of the State of one Party to refuse entry into the territory of its State to any national of the State of the other Party who is covered by this Agreement or to limit the duration of his or her stay in the territory of its State in accordance with the legislation of the State of the corresponding Party.
