Article 12
Extradition to a Third State
1. А person extradited under this Convention shall not be extradited to any third state for an offence committed before that person's extradition, unless the Requested Parry consents in writing to the extradition. The Requested Party may require the submission of the documents mentioned in Article 5 of this Convention.
2. Paragraph 1 of this Article shall not apply if the extradited person has had an opportunity to leave the territory of the Requesting Party voluntarily and has not done so within 44 days of the final discharge of the person or the person has voluntarily returned to the territory of the Requesting Party after leaving it.
