Article 4

1. In order to ensure the performance of the present Agreement and subsequent agreements in the field of military-technical cooperation, the Parties shall create, as necessary, an intergovernmental commission and/or working groups, the composition of the national parts shall be defined by each of the Parties.

2. The competence and modus operandi of the intergovernmental commission and/or working groups shall be defined by chairmen of their national parts.
