Article 3

1. For the implementation of the present Agreement, the Parties and/or their authorized bodies shall, as necessary, conclude respective agreements and develop programs, and the authorized organizations of the Parties shall conclude contracts on concrete issues of cooperation on directions, determined by Article 1 of the present Agreement.

2. The nomenclature and delivery volume of military-purpose products, including performance of the work, and rendering of services, terms and modes of payments, which correspond to adopted international practice, shall be determined by the mentioned agreements, contracts and other documents concluded on basis of the present Agreement.

3. The Parties shall effect cooperation within the framework of the present Agreement in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the Republic of Zambia.
