Article 2

1. The authorized bodies of the Parties for the implementation of this Agreement shall be:

for the Russian Party - the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation;

for the Zambian Party - the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Zambia.

2. The Parties shall immediately notify each other in writing through diplomatic channels of any changes of their authorized bodies' names.

3. The authorized organizations of the Parties shall be organizations, empowered under the legislation of their states to undertake foreign trade activity in respect of military-purpose products.
