Article 12

1. This Agreement shall be concluded for a term of five years and enter into force from the date of the receipt of the last written notification through the diplomatic channels of the completion by the Parties of their internal procedures-necessary for it to enter into force. It shall automatically be renewed for subsequent periods of five years, unless either Party gives the other Party the written notice through the diplomatic channels of its intention to terminate it not less than six months prior to the expiration of the initial or any other subsequent period.

2. The termination of the present Agreement shall not affect the fulfillment of obligations, which appeared during the validity of this Agreement and not completed by the moment of termination of its validity. In case of termination of the present Agreement, the obligations, provided by the articles 5 - 8 of the present Agreement, shall be in force if the Parties do not agree otherwise.
