IV. SECTION

The cooperation with the purpose of implementation of this Memorandum will be carried out in the framework of the Joint Committee on Cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Ecuador, formed by representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the Eurasian Economic Union Member States and the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Ecuador (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee").

Operating control of the Committee will be carried out by two co-chairs appointed by the relevant Parties.

For the purposes of fulfilling the objectives of this Memorandum, the Committee may establish working groups.

The Committee will convene at least once a year. Its members, place, time, format and agenda of the Committee meetings shall be determined upon a mutual agreement of the Parties. The meetings shall be formalized through minute.

The organizational and technical support of the activity of the Committee and the working groups will be carried out by the host Party.

Each Participant will bear the costs arising from the participation of representatives of the Parties in activity of the Committee and working groups.
