The information exchanged under this Memorandum will be in the English language.

No information to which access is limited in accordance with international treaties or legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union, Eurasian Economic Union Member States or the Republic of Ecuador shall be handed over in pursuance of this Memorandum. Information received by a Party in the framework of this Memorandum may be handed over to a third party only by written approval of the Party providing the information. The Eurasian Economic Commission shall provide the Eurasian Economic Union Member States with the information received from the Ecuadorean side without written permission of the latter.

This Memorandum is not an international agreement and does not create financial and other obligations for the Parties.

This Memorandum will enter into effect on the date of its signature.

Any misunderstandings between the Parties arising from the implementation of this Memorandum shall be resolve through consultations and negotiations.

Either Party may terminate this Memorandum by sending to the other Party a written notification. The Memorandum shall cease after one month from the date of receipt of such notification by other Party.

The termination of this Memorandum shall not affect the validation and duration on any ongoing project and other activity made under this Memorandum until the completion of such projects or other activity.

Upon mutual agreement of the Parties this Memorandum may be amended by the signing of a corresponding protocol.
