The Parties within their respective competences may cooperate in the following areas:

- trade and measures for its promotion;

- industry;

- agro-industrial complex;

- agriculture, fisheries and aquaculture;

- customs regulation;

- technical regulation;

- sanitary and phytosanitary measures;

- other economic areas of mutual interest.

Where the subject of cooperation falls under the competence of the Eurasian Economic Union Member States it shall be addressed with the participation of the interested Eurasian Economic Union Member States.
