- NOTICE on the cases as a result of which the person that had the right to directly or indirectly dispose of over 10 per cent of the shares (stocks) in a non-credit financial institution has fully lost such right, or has retained the right to directly or indirectly dispose of less than 10 per cent of the shares (stocks) in the non-credit financial institution
