Article 22 Revision and Amendment

1. A Conference for the purpose of revising or amending this Protocol may be convened by the Organization.

2. The Organization shall convene a Conference of States Parties to this Protocol for revising or amending this Protocol at the request of not less than one-third of the States Parties.
