Article 8

1. For reasons of national security, protection of public order or public health either Party may suspend the application of this Agreement in whole or in part. The other Party shall be notified about the decision through diplomatic channels no later than 72 hours prior to when it becomes effective.

2. The Party that has decided to suspend the application of this Agreement by reasons specified in paragraph 1 of this Article shall immediately notify the other Party through diplomatic channels once they no longer exist.
