Article 13

This Agreement shall enter into force 60 days after the date of receipt through diplomatic channels of the last written notification about the completion by the Parties of their internal legal procedures necessary for its entry into force.

This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time and shall cease to be in force 90 days after the date when one Party notifies the other in writing through diplomatic channels of its intention to terminate it.
