Article 2
1. Employees of diplomatic missions or consular posts of the State of one Party or representations to the international organizations situated in the territory of the State of the other Party, holders of valid diplomatic and service passports of the Russian Federation and holders of valid diplomatic and service passports of the Republic of Suriname, as well as dependent members of their family, holders of valid diplomatic and service passports of the Russian Federation and diplomatic and service passports of the Republic of Suriname, may enter, leave, pass through or stay in the territory of the State of the other Party without obtaining a visa during the period of accreditation of the persons described herein.
2. The Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the States of the Parties shall inform each other beforehand on assignments of persons mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article who must be accredited before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the receiving State within the period of 30 days after their arrival.
