Article 9

1. The Parties shall exchange specimens of passports through diplomatic channels not later than thirty (30) calendar days before the date this Agreement enters into force.

2. The Parties shall inform each other about the introduction of new passports of the Russian Federation or passports of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines or modifications to the existing ones, and shall transmit the specimens of new or modified passports of the Russian Federation or passports of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines through diplomatic channels no later than thirty (30) calendar days before their introduction or modifications become effective.
