Article 7

1. Nationals of the State of one Party whose passports of the Russian Federation or passports of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines were expired, lost or damaged while in the territory of the State of the other Party may leave the territory of this State provided with valid passports of the Russian Federation or passports of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines or temporary identification documents newly issued by their national diplomatic mission or consular post and giving the right to return to the State of their nationality, without obtaining any permission from the competent authorities of the receiving State.

2. Nationals of the State of one Party who are unable to exit from the territory of the State of the other Party within the period specified in Article 1 of this Agreement due to documentary or other credibly supported force majeure, shall request extension of a stay permit from the competent authorities for a period necessary to leave its territory in accordance with the legislation of the receiving State and without the need for a visa.
