This Agreement shall enter into force 60 days after the date of receipt through diplomatic channels of the final written notification of completion by the Parties of their internal legal procedures necessary for the purpose.

This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time and shall be terminated at the expiration of 90 days after the date either Party receives through diplomatic channels the notification in writing from the other Party of its intention to terminate the Agreement.
