Article 7
1. Citizens of the State of either Party whose passports were expired, lost, or damaged while in the territory of the State of the other Party may leave the territory of the receiving State without obtaining any permission from the competent authorities of the receiving State provided that they are in possession of a valid passport or temporary identification document granting the right to return to the State of their nationality which has been newly issued by their national diplomatic mission or consular post.
2. Citizens of the State of either Party who are unable to leave the territory of the State of the other Party within the period specified in Article 1 of this Agreement due to documentary or otherwise credibly supported force majeure, shall apply for an extension of stay permit from the competent authorities of the receiving State for a period necessary to facilitate leaving the territory of the receiving State without a visa in compliance with its legislation.
