Article 9

1. Either Party may, if necessary to ensure public order, national security or public health, suspend, in whole or in part, the application of this Agreement. The other Party shall be notified in writing of such a decision not later than 72 hours before its implementation.

2. The Party that has taken a decision to adopt measures stipulated in Paragraph 1 of this Article shall immediately notify the other Party in writing once such measures are no longer implemented and the application of this Agreement is resumed.
