Article 13

1. This Agreement shall enter into force 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the last written notification of the completion by the Parties of their domestic state procedures necessary for its entry into force.

2. This Agreement shall remain in force for an indefinite period of time. Either Party may terminate this Agreement by notifying the other Party in writing. This Agreement shall terminate upon the expiry of 60 calendar days after the date of receipt of such a notification by the other Party.
