Article 3

1. Nationals of the Russian Federation holding travel documents and intending to enter the territory of the Republic of Palau for a period exceeding the term provided for in Paragraph 1 of Article 2 of this Agreement shall obtain a visa to enter the territory of the Republic of Palau.

2. Nationals of the Republic of Palau holding travel documents and intending to enter the territory of the Russian Federation for a period exceeding the term provided for in Paragraph 2 of Article 2 of this Agreement shall obtain a visa to enter the territory of the Russian Federation.
