The Parties shall develop their relations based on strict observance of the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations, the principle of the sovereign equality of all states, self-determination of peoples, settlement of disputes by peaceful means, refraining from the threat or use of force, non-intervention in internal affairs of States, as well as other universally recognized principles and norms of international law.
