Article 5

1. The Russian Federation shall exempt the Company from the following taxes as currently applicable or may become applicable in the future: property (real estate) tax, value-added tax, road fund taxes and fees and other similar taxes and fees directly related to the implementation of the Agreement.

2. The Company shall pay monthly the profits (income) tax, that is part of the Russian Federation tax system, at a fixed rate of 0,1 US dollars per 1000 cubic meters of transported natural gas.
