Article 11

This Protocol shall enter into force on the date of exchange of notifications on completion of internal procedures required by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Turkey for the bringing into force of this Protocol upon entering into force of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Turkey for the Avoidance of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income, signed on 15 December, 1997.

ГАРАНТ:

The Russian Federation ratified this Protocol with Federal Law No. 221-FZ of December 30, 1999

The Protocol has entered into force on July 26, 2000
