Article 2 Protection of Capital Investment

1. Each Contracting Party shall strive to create favourable conditions for investors of the other Contracting Party to carry out capital investment on its territory and shall permit such capital investment in accordance with its legislation.

2. Each Contracting Party shall ensure, in accordance with its legislation, the complete protection on its territory of the capital investments of investors of the other Contracting Party.
