Article 7
Subrogation

A Contracting Party or a body authorised by it that makes a payment to an investor on the basis of a guarantee of protection from non-commercial risks relating to its capital investment on the territory of the other Contracting Party can exercise by subrogation the rights of the investor to the same extent as the investor itself. Such rights are exercised in accordance with the legislation of the latter Contracting Party.
