Article 12 Duration and Termination

1. The present Agreement shall remain in force for a period of five years, automatically renewed for identical periods.

2. Both Parties can terminate the present Agreement no later than six (6) months prior to its expiration.

3. The termination shall be made by a written notification, through diplomatic channels.

4. The termination of this Agreement shall not affect the execution of any programmes or projects that have been agreed upon whilst the present Agreement was in force unless the Parties agree to otherwise.
