TREATY
BETWEEN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE DEMOCRATIC SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF SRI LANKA ON EXTRADITION

Done in Saint-Petersburg this "28-th" day of May 2015 in duplicate, each in the Russian, Sinhalese and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of interpretation discrepancies, the English text shall prevail.
