Методика допуска к участию в дорожном движении систем автоводитель - автомобиль отсутствует. Предложена концепция методики допуска к участию в дорожном движении системы автоводитель - автомобиль. Предложено решение проблемы в определении ответственного за ДТП, совершенного по вине автоводителя.

There is no methodology for allowing driver-car systems to participate in road traffic. The concept of the methodology of admission to participation in road traffic of the system of the driver-car is proposed. The solution of the problem in determining the person responsible for the accident, committed by the fault of the driver, is proposed.
