В статье рассмотрены конкурентные стратегии в системе межкультурного коммуникационного взаимодействия. Установлено, что на промышленных, в том числе совместных, предприятиях имеют место особые отношения, связанные одновременно как с конкуренцией, так и сотрудничеством, которые можно характеризовать как кооперационно-конкурентные, при которых их участники одновременно действуют как стороны соглашения и как конкуренты. При этом основными факторами, влияющими на внешнюю среду предприятия, можно считать товарные рынки, рыночную инфраструктуру, интеграционные процессы, состояние экологии, государственную и межгосударственную политику, интенсивность конкуренции, локальность спроса, а также навыки межкультурной коммуникации. Выяснено, что к факторам внутренней среды, влияющим на уровень конкурентоспособности предприятий, можно отнести производственные, технические, финансово-экономические, социально-культурные, организационно-технические и административные условия, поведение предприятия в конкурентной среде. Такая классификация факторов обеспечивает взаимосвязь оценки конкурентоспособности. В то же время в качестве мотивационных интересов конкурентных стратегий выделено повышение уровня эффективности производства, доступ к более дешевым ресурсам в условиях межкультурной коммуникационной активности. В перспективе необходимо добиваться того, чтобы российские предприятия приобрели самостоятельность как на внутреннем, так и на внешнем рынках, что требует разработки соответствующих организационно-экономических, а также основ межкультурной коммуникации.

The article discusses competitive strategies in the system of intercultural communication interaction. It has been established that industrial, including joint, enterprises have special relations connected simultaneously with both competition and cooperation, which can be characterized as cooperative and competitive, in which their participants simultaneously act as parties to the agreement and as competitors. At the same time, the main factors affecting the external environment of the enterprise can be considered commodity markets, market infrastructure, integration processes, the state of the environment, state and interstate policy, the intensity of competition, locality of demand, as well as intercultural communication skills. It was found out that the factors of the internal environment that affect the level of competitiveness of enterprises include production, technical, financial, economic, socio-cultural, organizational, technical and administrative conditions, the behavior of the enterprise in a competitive environment. This classification of factors ensures the interconnection of competitiveness assessment. At the same time, increasing the level of production efficiency and access to cheaper resources in the context of intercultural communication activity are highlighted as motivational interests of competitive strategies. In the future, it is necessary to ensure that Russian enterprises acquire independence both in the domestic and foreign markets, which requires the development of appropriate organizational and economic, as well as the foundations of intercultural communication.
