Article 3 Central Authorities

1. The Central Authorities authorized to perform this Treaty:

For the Russian Federation - The Office of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation;

For the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka - Secretary to the Ministry of Defense,

2. Each Party shall immediately notify the other Party of any changes, connected with its respective Central Authority, through diplomatic channels.

3. The Central Authorities may communicate directly or through diplomatic channels.
