Article 15 Exchange of information

1. The central authority of the administering Party shall inform the central authority of the sentencing Party of the court decision taken in order to enforce the sentence, of granting pardon, amnesty, parole or commutation of the sentence and in case of his/her escape.

2. The central authority of the administering Party, on request of the central authority of the sentencing Party, shall provide information on the process of serving the sentence after the sentenced person's transfer.
