AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN ON TRANSFER OF SENTENCED PERSONS

Done in Moscow on March 28, 2017 corresponding to 8 farvardin 1396 of the Persian Calendar, in duplicate, each in the Russian, Persian and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of any divergence in interpretation, the English text shall be used.
