Article 21 Final provisions

1. This Agreement becomes binding upon expiry of 30 days from the date of receipt of the last written notice from the Parties through diplomatic channels of completion of all internal procedures as required for entry into force of this Agreement.

2. This Agreement terminates upon expiry of 180 days from the date of receipt of the other Party's written notice of its intention to terminate it through diplomatic channels.

3. The termination of this Agreement shall not impede completion of execution of any requests for transfer, received prior to a termination date.
