Article 13 Exchange of Information

1. The central authority of the Receiving Party shall inform the central authority of the Transferring Party of the court decision taken in order to enforce the sentence, of granting pardon, amnesty, parole or substitution of sentence and in case of his/her escape.

2. The central authority of the Receiving Party, on request of the central authority of the Transferring Party, shall provide information on the process of serving the sentence after the sentenced person's transfer.
